I am an honors graduate from the National Holistic Institute, Sacramento Campus. I am Certified by the California Massage Therapy Council (#84165), and also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. I stay up to date on research and new techniques by acquiring additional certifications and enrolling in yearly CE classes. All with the goal that everyone I work with has the most optimized experience possible!
Massage therapy brought healing to my own life and by providing my therapeutic service to others I am able to give back using my gift of touch. I have a passion for massage therapy, and I deliver my services with compassion and positive energy. I believe massage is crucial for everyone and it’s important for me to create a space where all can feel safe and supported within their own body.
